The "Go-Network" Referral Program

There are numerous people that want to buy a home, have the employment and credit to qualify for a loan, but do not have the money necessary for the down payment and closing costs. Many of these potential homebuyers never even begin looking for a home because they do not have the money available for the purchase…until now!

Through the various outreach efforts of Genesis to educate the general public about affordable housing opportunities we receive numerous inquiries from potential homebuyers all asking the same question, "How do we get started?"

This is why we have created the Genesis Outreach Network or "Go-Network" referral program. The Go-Network is a program to help initiate the contact between potential homebuyers and industry professionals. The Go-Network is comprised of Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and Home Builders whose knowledge and expertise can help lead prospective homebuyers through the home buying process, including the use of the Genesis Down Payment Assistance Program.

Each time a prospective homebuyer contacts Genesis directly and asks for our assistance, we will forward their referral information to a member of the Go-Network. This not only helps the homebuyer get started with the buying process but also assists the valued members of the Go-Network by supplementing their own marketing efforts. Referrals are forwarded to Go-Network members on a rotating basis.

Real Estate Agents, Lenders, and Home Builders that have been involved in a Genesis transaction automatically become members of the Go-Network. If you have not utilized the Genesis Program in the past you may complete a membership application to become a valued member of the Go-Network.

In addition to our general outreach efforts, Genesis also stays in contact with your customer when they close using the Genesis Program. We ask that they help us spread the news about Genesis to assist friends and family in becoming homeowners. Referrals received from post closing contact are forwarded only to the Go-Network members involved in the original transaction that resulted in the referral.

The Go-Network referral program is another exceptional way that Genesis is helping to fulfill our commitment to assist individuals and families achieve home ownership.
